Labarre Associates provides architecture, construction management, and facility management services for Pelican State Credit Union. This is one of 11 Pelican State locations Labarre manages. Facility Systems' technicians visit each location twice monthly for preventive maintenance and to determine whether any facility issues need to be addressed. In addition, Facility Systems manages all vendor contracts, including, janitorial, lawn care, and HVAC. Pelican State chooses to utilize Archibus software and has one person at each branch to initiate work orders.
