Labarre Architects designed Hancock Bank's Alexandria branch building. Labarre has had a long relationship with Hancock Bank and has designed a building that now serves as a prototype to be duplicated at new sites. As Hancock's Alexandria location construction progressed, subdivision developers adjacent to the property requested that we soften the look to be more in keeping with the residential look of the subdivision. Windows, columns, and other key features unique to Hancock Bank's brand were redesigned. The client preferred these changes and they are being incorporated into the 4,800 square-foot LaPalco design currently under construction (the LaPalco location is on Highway 90 and has no subdivision nearby).

Hancock's Alexandria branch is a full-service location, complete with ATM and drive thru. The 4,200 square-foot building's interior attributes include a lobby with barrel vaulted ceiling, indirect lighting, ceramic and marble accents, and carpeted office areas.

All 19 Louisiana Hancock Bank locations use Labarre's facility management services and are located throughout East Baton Rouge, Livingston, Tangipahoa, St. Tammany, Washington, and St. Landry Parishes. Labarre is currently designing branches in Waveland, Mississippi and Pensacola, Florida.
